Marius's mutation requires bone marrow from other mutants, which he eats through the mouths on his hands. 'Tis a little unusual, but unless he's been starved of it the whole thing is usually quite decorous and really does not hurt much. (Hurts a lot less than standard bone marrow donation, let me tell you.)
