Moment you know when it's time to go to bed

5. When the medical text you're looking at begins to look like German poetry.

4. Even the insomniacs are giving you that 'are you cracked?' look.

3. You look like an extra in a 'Night of the living Dead' movie.

2. You start answering the questions from the voice in your head,

1. You suitemate threatens to tell Jean on you.

So anyway, bed for me. Goodnight, Westchester.

As a general rule, it is best to go to bed before anything on that list can happen.

I do try, at least a little. It's when manuscripts ambush me and hold me at pen point that I forget.

Knew there was something I was forgetting! There's a really nice gormet sandwich place in Westchester, they have all organic ingredients.
