Favourite foods?

Since I like my suite mates very much, I have decided to ask you what your favourite foods are in view of possible future birthday gifties, or attempts at bribery that may or may not be needed.

Heck, why not bring the whole mansion into it? Or heck, New York people, chime in here too.

If I should at any time in the future, for nefarious purposes yet to be noted, need to bribe, or comfort you in some food related way, what would be my best approach?

I am thinking you are already knowing my favourite food. Because there is the apple pie being in the suite. Thank you, Laurie!

I have to pick ONE? Dude, you've seen me eat. If it's organic and won't kill me...

And on second though? White not-chocolate chip macadamia nut cranberry blondies.

I wage savage war upon my taste buds. The spicier the better. :)

It's not even food anymore the way you eat it. It's napalm with garnish.

Who needs garnish?

I'm a simple son of the South. Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, biscuits, and lots of gravy. :)

Don't mind what the rest of the Junior Trechcoats might say, I don't live on grease and cigarettes. ;) Favourite food? Fresh fruit, 'specially berries of any sort.

You forgot curry. ;-)

Curry isn't food, it's a way of life. *grins*

I've found cobblers to be particularly helpful when it comes to bribing. Especially peach ones when offered up with a gallon of vanilla bean ice cream.

As for myself, I'm with Sam. Give me some good ol' Southern cooking any day of the week.

Mmm, cobbler.

My favorite food is not a thing that is easy for to make. But Miss Lorna has the things for ingredients and I will be glad to make it to show you how, if you will like to learn.

...uh. Is it food? *grins* Seriously, though, meatloaf is the fav. This week, anyway. Mmm, meatloaf.

Apple cider. Technically not food, I suppose, but I do have a long-standing 'thing'.

[identity profile] x-polarisstar.livejournal.com 2007-03-07 01:52 am (UTC)(link)
Also strawberry pies. Both of you Summerses every year I have to make twice the amount of strawberry pies because you boys are insane.

I'm going to have to go with a blanket 'breakfast' response here. Neither Scott or I is usually up to doing a proper cooked breakfast in the mornings (since we're both generally rushing out the door), and if you can make a proper hollandaise for eggs benedict... well, it's not that I approve of bribes, but these things are understood.

frybread with powdered sugar and honey.

I have this thing for Uzbek-style noodle dishes. If you really wanted, I could probably write up a recipe.
