I wonder

What cookie dough icecream combined with choc banana flavoured ice cream would taste like.

Mmmm, cookie dough.

Or...Oooh! Yum cha. I need to learn how to cook Yum cha. *makes with the puppy dog eyes at Lorna* Can we do that in cooking class? Pllleeeasse?

You're not talking yum cha icecream, are you? Because seriously, NO. Green tea is good and red bean icecream isn't bad but yum cha ice cream would be horrible.

Well, technically, I suppose any small amount of ice cream served in lots of little bowls while drinking Chinese tea would be considered Yum Cha. Since 'Yum Cha' is a type of dining, rather then a food. But the traditional foods served as Yum Cha would not work as ice cream, so you're quite correct.

I was talking about cooking a more traditional Yum Cha meal, along with the Chinese tea, also. If Lorna okays it, I could even use you as my test subject for anything created, if you'd like.

WAIT WAIT WAIT. Green TEA ice cream? BEAN ice cream?

You're yanking our legs, right?

Look, I mean, I know Bobby made the chipped beef ice cream once for Catseye, and okay, it was pretty not bad, but it wasn't sweet. It was more like just frozen thick cream with beef. I totally draw the line at BEAN ice cream.

No. It's all true. Green tea (http://japanesefood.about.com/cs/dessertssnacks/a/greenteaice.htm) ice cream is really, really fabulous.

Red beans (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azuki_bean) are used in sweets, so red bean ice cream (http://www.chow.com/recipes/10103) makes sense. It's not bad but it's also not fantastic. (to me).

Chopped beef ice cream sounds disgusting. I cannot believe you tried that. Although, given you're still alove, that healing factor must be good for something.
