Captain Planet, he's our hero
Gonna take pollution down to zero

He's our powers magnified
And he's fighting on the planet's side

Captain Planet, he's our hero
Gonna take pollution down to zero

Gonna help him put asunder
Bad guys who like to loot and plunder.

*takes a bow*

Who let Laurie have the sugar cereal again?

*pbbt!* I have been eating good old fashioned thingies that are shaped like an O that I can't remember the nam...Cheerioes! (I think I spelt that badly) Anyway, those things. I have in no way been consuming sugar. I could however, have been watching a Captain Planet marathon on morning television...which might have the same effect as sugar coated cereal. (I wonder if there's a scientific experiment for this.) Quick, someone grab Angel, we need to feed her lots of sugar!

CHEERRIOS!

Yum!

I want to see Captain Planet!

... I had coffee this morning. Is that bad?

I was going to ask how you're even old enough to know about Captain Planet but I see the marathon explanation.

So instead I'm going to sigh dreamily over Wheeler. Or maybe Linka. Which is appropriate right now? *goes back to read Mark's links*

Oh, class this afternoon is going to be so fun... I think I need to just institute a naptime for the straight-after-lunch bio course anyways. Either you're all passing out from lunch-digestion or hopped up from whatever desert happens to be.

Wheeler is a serious hottie. And Captain Planet repeats are on all the time. It was a seriously cool cartoon.

I grew up with it. Don't talk to me about reruns.

*grins* Age is what you make it, teacher mine. Least that is what the TV tells me. Oh! Can we make cake people? I was watching an episode of Star Trek: Next Gen last week and I seriously think we need to make cakes that look like people and then devour them...we could make a cake Magneto!

Yay naptime! Only if I can bring my favourite pillow though.

...and here I thought you were one of the nice quiet ones. Now you're advocating baked cannibalism.

Kids these days.

Shh! It's part of my cunning plan. I'm really a 40 year old man from Kentucky.

And baked cannibalism is the best kind! It's full of cakey goodness without the ick factor of chewy internal organs.

This is being the cartoon you are showing me, yes? I am liking that there are not being so many of the explosions and the fighting. I am liking the boy with the monkey.

What she (he? Do I call you a he this week?) said. Remind me to show you this kids show we used to watch back home called Round The Twist at some point.
