That's right. Although, when asking people that question, the correct useage is 'Is that right?' rather then 'This is being right?' And also 'Let me see if this is right...' rather then 'Let me to be seeing if this is right...'

It is be... it is very helpful, that you are correcting me. The English, he is being difficult, so please to be helping. I want to not sound like I am being not clever.

I was once told that English is the hardest language to learn, because it has so many different source languages and rules to it. Heck, I'm a native speaker and I'd say my grammar isn't that great most of the time. (I like to think my spelling isn't too bad though.)

Let's see, for that last.

'English is very difficult, so please help. I don't want to sound like I'm not clever.' would probably be better. Although it depends on how formal you want to be. Contractions tend to be of use if you want your tone to be more conversational.

And, just to reassure. You don't sound dumb, you're just not a native English speaker and it takes time. We probably have thought to start correcting you sooner. But sometimes people get upset if you correct them, and we've probably all been a bit careful about it.
