If one is wondering what eXtreme canoeing is, it's when canoeing on the lake and trying not to be capsized by certain people who feel they are being funny. You're very lucky that Cain mentioned that hitting people over the head with the canoe paddle was considered bad form, that's all I can say.

When do you turn seventeen? Because dude, there's no reason you can't get started on the physical stuff now, unofficially. Nothing says you can't hit the gym and stuff.

13th September, and I'm already doing physical stuff. Cross country running and Mr Kane is helping me with hand to hand stuff. Just can't officially be ordered to do push ups by Mr Marko yet. :)
