Flying lessons

So...I've signed up for some flying classes with a place called 'Performance Flight' at Westchester county airport. I'm not sure how it's going to work yet, I think I've got to do a lot of reading and class time and simulator stuff before they let me up in the real thing but I've had this huge itch to learn how to fly since Halloween, so I figured I might as well give it a shot.

Anyway, yeah. Kinda another thing, but I can sort of take my time, and I should be able to fit in the stuff on the weekend anyway.

Your faith in my learning abilities is astounding, Miss Carlyle. ;) I promise not to crash land the plane into your building without at least some advance notice.

Yes, so I found out when I received numerous, patchy voicemail messages to the effect of demanding I call them back. You must have had them panicked. Such a penchant for the dramatic.

I like to think of myself the considerate type, there's always time for politeness.

You were gone for quite some time. I was beginning to worry you'd gotten yourself killed. The plants pined for you, it was horrible.

It really is! I've got a lot of reading and class time before they actually let me up in a plane, but I can't wait!
