Anyone want to help me with a project? I could really use someone good with manufacturing metals. (Doug, I'm going to need your help with the more delicate wires and programming. )

Also need to figure out a good waterproof material to use as a sheathing agent once we're finished the initial build. I've opted out of trying to find a way to fuse biological with technological, at least for now. Besides, I'd rather go with a prototype that's easily upgradeable over time then trying to look as human as possible. I won't choose ascetics over function just because people are idiots.

God what I wouldn't give for a genius level inventor/engineer/mechanic about now.

We'll just have to make do with what we have now. There's military and civilian biotechnology teams working on prosthetic arm technology all the time, might take a little fast talking but I'm pretty sure I could arrange some kind of partnership where we give them money and they give me schematics/material.
