Well, the men went along with it too. They didn't exactly say how far along the men got before they noped out. Also, you've got to remember the dates of these studies.

There's always going to be a sociological issue with any kind of study like this. (Not that I'm saying anyone should repeat such a study just to see if the result changes depending on the year in which it's done/and the society based predjudices the subjects may or may not have. )

Also, there's no mention of socio-economic level of the participants, or if they're all from one country or multiple ones and the sample size in and of itself is not enough for it to be a true indication of anything, let along having verifiable data over multiple studies.
